These are just some comics I made, using sequential imaging. I did all the drawings in pencil, and then cel shaded them in photoshop.
This illustration was for an article about pilots who had lost their liscences to fly because they had passed the airport by 150 miles and were out of radio contact for almost 90 minutes. Their explaination was they were using their laptop computer... Who knows?
This illustration was to demonstrate a metaphor using human anatomical parts. I chose to render the mitochondrion, the nervous system and the spine. The mitochondria in the body produce the body's ATP or "energy." This powers our various bodily funtions, including our nervous system. Our nervous system then mobilizes our spine. The panels also feature similar information through the background, showing the realtionship between a power plant, electrical grid, and a city. The same relationship exists here, in that a power plant creates the energy for an electrical board, which makes the city operative and mobile.

Ultrageist freakshow

Ultrageist - www.myspace.com/ultrageist

I had a lot of fun with this illustration, primarily because there were no bounds to which I had to adhere. Rendering and coloring all done in PhotoshopCS4
Some figure drawings I've done this year, all from life. Ranging from 5 Minute poses to an Hour. Overall, I use pencil, grey micron, black micron, pen and ink, and prismacolor markers.
